Ip. attorney Nicolae Muresan, Partner, Andra Musatescu Law & Industrial Property Offices and Ioana-Andreea Titere, legal adviser, Andra Musatescu Law & Industrial Property Offices were among the judges who appointed the best team at the Moot Court Competition „Legal Exploration on Intellectual Property Rights”.

The event took place on 6th december 2014 at the Court of Appeal of Bucharest and it was organized by ELSA Bucharest. Among the judges present at the event were lawyers from other law firms in Romania, such as NNDKP.

The purpose of this project is to give the students the posibility to make contact with this area before it is taught as a subject in college, to ask questions, to solve practical cases and in the end to demonstrate the fact that have acquired enough information that can be used in preparing a Moot Court Competition.

First and second placed teams and the best plea were rewarded with prizes and will be considered in the selection process through interviews with selected participants, of which Andra Muşatescu Industrial Property Law & Offices will choose the winner of a scholarship awarded to a student in the fourth year.
This is the third year when Andra Musatescu Law & Industrial Property Offices will grant such scholarship and internship.

ELSA (The European Law Students` Association) was founded in 1981 by law students from Austria, Germany, Poland and Hungary and is the largest international organization of law students and young lawyers. Currently, ELSA exists in 41 European countries, in over 300 universities, bringing together over 35,000 members.
